When you submit a form on this site, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, practice name, and message. Submissions are processed through Tally and forwarded to our team.
We do not collect payment information, create user accounts, or install tracking cookies beyond standard analytics.
We Do Not Want Patient Information
This site is a business marketing site. It is not a patient portal and not a secure channel for protected health information. Please do not submit PHI through any form here. If you send it to us anyway, we will delete it rather than retain it.
For our clients: the websites we build are architected so that patient-facing forms route directly into the practice’s own secure systems. HealthFlux does not store, transmit, or process PHI as part of that arrangement.
How We Use Your Information
We use form submissions solely to respond to your inquiry and discuss a potential engagement. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
