HealthFlux for Your Practice

Built for Primary & Specialty Care

Websites for medical practices whose staff have better things to do than maintain a website. We build it, we maintain it, you see patients.

Get Started

The website is the first appointment.

Patients decide whether to call based on whether they can find your hours, confirm you take their insurance, and see that a provider is accepting new patients. Meanwhile, if you bill Medicare or Medicaid, Section 504 puts a WCAG 2.1 AA standard on that same website — May 2027 at 15 or more employees, May 2028 below that. Most practices are running a site their front desk inherited and nobody has authority to change.

What's Built In

Every HealthFlux site ships with these. No add-ons, no upsells.

Section 504 Documentation

Built to WCAG 2.1 AA, with a published accessibility statement, a monitored feedback channel, and a remediation log. The website portion of the requirement, handled and documented.

Provider Profiles

Credentials, board certifications, languages spoken, hospital affiliations, and which providers are accepting new patients — the details people actually use to choose a doctor.

Insurance & New Patients

A current, specific list of accepted plans, plus new-patient paperwork available before the visit. Fewer front-desk phone calls asking the same two questions.

No PHI, By Design

We never store, transmit, or process protected health information. Appointment requests and forms route into your existing systems, so the website stays outside HIPAA scope.

Portal Handoffs That Make Sense

Patient portals are where most practice sites lose people. We make the entry point obvious and label it in plain language instead of vendor jargon.

Locations & Hours

Each office gets its own page with hours, phone, parking, and Local Business schema, so satellite locations rank on their own instead of competing with the main site.

Questions We Get

Do you touch patient data?
No, deliberately. We never store, transmit, or process PHI. Appointment requests and intake forms route directly into the systems you already run. Keeping the website out of HIPAA scope is the safest architecture available to you.
Can you keep our provider list current?
Yes — that is what the monthly covers. A provider joins, retires, closes their panel, or changes their hours, you email us, and we push the change live. Usually within minutes during business hours.
What exactly do you do about Section 504?
We build to WCAG 2.1 AA, publish an accessibility statement, stand up a feedback channel that reaches a real person, and keep a remediation log. We will not claim that makes your practice compliant — no vendor can honestly promise that — but the website portion is done properly and there is a paper trail.
Do you integrate with our EHR or patient portal?
We link to them clearly rather than embedding them. Embedding a portal inside a marketing site tends to break accessibility and pull the site toward HIPAA scope. A clean, obvious handoff works better for patients and keeps the boundary clean.
We have five locations. Is that extra?
Up to ten pages is included, and location pages count toward that. If you are larger than that, tell us and we will scope it honestly rather than surprising you later.
